Republic Day

74th  Republic day of our nation was celebrated with great patriotism and loyalty.  The programme commenced  with prayer. Our Vidyalaya student rendered  Vidya Bharathi prayer. The Principal  of the vidyalaya Dr.S.Ponpandian ji, welcomed the gathering. In his address, Principal jee expressed that from the North India many of them willing to join in defence whereas  in South India less than 5% People only. Through this,  he insisted  to the students to come forward to join in defence.  He highlights the quotes of  our Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji that , “Young generation should have national enthusiasm  to  join in defence and render their service to the nation. Children are the pillar of our nation and hence their participation is very much required”. He also expressed the Vasantha Panchami Day significance by insisting the students to offer something to the needy people or economically backward people . Smt .B.Sreeja CMA,B.COM Alumna of our Vidyalaya was the Guest of honour. Our Honarary  Correspondent Shri.V. PravinGarg  ji hoisted  the National Flag. There was an applaudable  performance by our Vidyalaya students in the March Past and Band. Smt. D.Gunansundari (psychology dept)  rendered  a speech on 74th  Republic Day. Vidhu Vivek  of class V C  rendered an excellent  presentation  on  Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago  speech.  It was amazing that a kid S.Devanya from L.K.G A disclosed the names of 75  unsung warriors of our Bharat. Smt. M.Manglarani Tamil dept  briefed  about Vasantha Panchami.  Various Cultural Programmes like  Group song , Group dance  and Yoga Performance was presented by  our  vidyalaya students. Our Chief Guest Smt .B.Sreeja  in her key note address shared  about  self evaluation and also insisted the four creators of  our life(Matha , Pitha , Guru  and Deivam). Our Honarary Correspondent  Shri .V. Pravin Garg ji  rendered vibrant speech in which he emphasised six petals and also insisted that the person following six petals will be admired by others. Respecting mother and getting blessings from her everyday  is our Sanadhana Dharma. Vote of thanks was proposed  by Vice Principal Smt. N.Sailakshmi ji of our Vidyalaya. The celebration ended with Shanti Mantra.
